Where is my order?
You can track your order at any time from the Order Status page in your account. A tracking link is also emailed to you as soon as your parcel ships. If you have not received a shipping confirmation, contact our support team and we will check on it for you.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on your province and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after dispatch.
Can I return seeds?
Unopened seed packets in their original condition can be returned within [X] days of delivery. Opened seed packets cannot be returned for quality and safety reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within [X] days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.
Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes, we ship Canada-wide. Shipping rates and available options are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.
